Exchange Policy

👠 Shoes – 7-Day Exchange Window

  • Shoes can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

📦 How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Simply send the shoes back to our warehouse.

  2. Once received, we’ll deliver the new pair directly to your doorstep.

🔁 Size Corrections

  • If you received the wrong size or require a change, we’ll exchange for the correct size if stock is available.

  • Please confirm availability before initiating your exchange request.

✨ Exchange for a Different Design

  • Want something else instead? You can request an exchange for a different design by:

    • Paying the price difference if the new item is of equal or higher value

    • Kindly note: We do not refund or credit the balance if the new item costs less.
